The call logging and query handling for inTarvo offices is an online based application with an automatically generated ticket which is closed according to the SLA's and the TAT defined.

We have a strong network with high end layer 3 switches combined with best in class fortinet based, high end firewalls, CISCO routers (2800 series) and Gigabit based internal network.
We have our own datacenter that is well equipped to manage large data and has the capacity to take care of all the data. Our e-mail server and our websites are both hosted out of this datacenter. Our servers are ISMS based secured.
